Sod Installation

We are talking about an awesome landscaper and fabulous designer…Anthony has the photos to show…did front of Villas house, side bed, front of back patio and backside of house….he has excellent eye for designing the different beds to catch the eye of the street/car person passing by; not the ordinary green shrubs builders always put in….would recommend you give him a call and telll or show him what you have and get the best designer ideas at no extra cost but lots of enjoyment and awesome compliments from friends, family and neighbors!!!

Philip was so nice to do business with. He’s very knowledgeable and really helped point us in the right direction of what would work in our yard. He turned our yard full of dirt into a beautiful lush play area for our pups to enjoy!

South Florida Terra systems did an amazing job grading, installing sod, and repairing the irrigation system at my home. Phillips attention to detail and his concern for making sure the job is done right is refreshing. I would highly recommend him for any of your landscaping or irrigation needs.

Phillip and the team at South Florida Terra Systems did an excellent job installing a French drain and completing my landscaping. Phillip was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The work was completed on time, and the finished project looks great. I highly recommend South Florida Terra Systems for anyone looking for landscaping services.

South Florida Terra Systems completely transformed my Boca Raton property with such care and expertise. They installed lush Podacarpus, vibrant annual flowers that pop with color, and did a flawless job repairing my turf. The results are absolutely stunning, and the entire team was professional, attentive, and clearly passionate about their work. My yard has never looked better. I plan to partner with South Florida Terra Systems far into the future. Five stars without hesitation!

Phil and his crew did a fantastic job Phil was always available and was very flexible if we wanted something changed. They built a fantastic retaining wall to cut the slope from our pool to the fence and the lighting for our plants looks amazing. I highly recommend Phil and his company.

Working with Phillip and his team was an absolute pleasure. Great communication and he delivered on all promises. We were under a time crunch due to an event at our home and Phillip made it happen, even with the unpredictable South Florida weather. Their turf and palm installation made our poolside photos absolutely beautiful. Will be using South Florida Terra Systems for future projects. Would highly recommend for any of your landscape needs!

South Florida Terra Systems did outstanding work on my irrigation system. They were able to quickly diagnose what was going on, address the issue, and repair my system. Their prices were reasonable and their interactions have been professional! I would highly recommend them and will definitely be going back for future landscaping needs.

Phillip and crew are amazing! We had a large tree removal in a small HOA space. We were not only impressed with the job they did, but also how clean they left the job. We had them do some landscaping and sprinkler system work as well. We highly suggest them.

I had called around 5 irrigation companies in the area to have some work done to my irrigation system. Many never returned my call, two companies never showed up when they were supposed to and another gave me a quote 6 days later (every day he texted me that he was sending it and never did). That being said, when I called SFL Terra Systems on a Saturday, Phillip picked up pretty quick. I told him what I was wanting done, set a time to come out and he actually showed up!! So far so good...then we talked about the job, he gave me some amazing options that I hadn't even thought about and then he fired off a quote in the next few hours. The quote looked good and I pulled the trigger and paid a deposit. I had a timing crunch as my travertine was being extended and I kept getting blown off by others. Phillip and I spoke on a Saturday, he came out Monday, said he might be able to do it on Tuesday, but 100% could do it Wednesday and Wednesday he was here by 8:30 and knocked it out. Other vendors took a week to even come out...let alone provide a quote...if even that. Phillip did a great job, was easy to communicate with and was very friendly with my dog. He did exactly what I wanted, but better as he allowed for expansion if I decide to put out more auto watering pots on the patio. I couldn't be happier and do not have to push back the date for my travertine expansion thanks to Phillip and SFL Terra Systems.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the work done by Phillip Coggins and his landscaping company. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. Phillip was professional, responsive, and truly took the time to understand our vision. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations—every detail was handled with care and precision. The transformation of our outdoor space is absolutely beautiful, and it’s clear that Phillip and his team take great pride in what they do. Not only was the end result amazing, but the process was smooth, timely, and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of service and craftsmanship. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Phillip Coggins to anyone looking for top-notch landscaping work. We will definitely be using them again in the future

We hired South Florida Terra Systems to upgrade landscaping at our Delray Beach home. Our experience with Phillip was fantastic. He is a true professional who is knowledgeable, very responsive and personally involved in the entire process. Highly recommended without any hesitation.

Our yard needs to be a safe space for our dogs, and a welcoming environment for butterflies, in a low maintenance package. Phillip accomplished these goals with a balance of artificial turf, lighting, irrigation and carefully selected plantings. Thank you, sir: this is an elegant creation that will give us years of pleasure.

I’ve worked with Phillip for 2 years and his crew is consistently excellent. This is not just a grass cutting service. You get meticulous care of your bushes, palms and trees which are trimmed properly and shaped beautifully. No sloppy work here, weeds are controlled, irrigation system monitored. Phillip is responsive and clearly makes sure the crew knows what they are doing. Not only is their work meticulous, but you never have to remind them to trim bushes or pull weeds; it’s all scheduled.

Excellent, fast service. Very friendly. Highly recommend. Thanks so much!

They added privacy hedges and it looks amazing. Very professional and timely with competitive pricing! I highly recommend using their services.
